Join a dynamic team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, where you will play a crucial role in creating small metal parts for Toyota vehicles. As a Production Machine Operator, you will work alongside large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines to perform simple and repetitive tasks that require attention to detail and a high level of safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Operate welding or press machines to execute a 1 to 2 step process.
- Place small parts onto another small part and initiate the machine process by pressing a button.
- Review and follow simple diagrams to ensure accuracy in production.
- Maintain high attendance and initiative throughout the shift.
- Ensure a 'No job is too small' mentality in daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and organize tasks efficiently.
- Stand for 10+ hours and lift 30+lbs repeatedly.
Shift:
Day Shift - 6:30AM to 4:30PM (before OT)
Night Shift - 6:30PM to 4:30AM (before OT)
**Overtime can extend to 5:30PM/AM and is considered mandatory
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production.
- Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.
- Strong skills in order selecting, inventory, material handling, picking, pallet jack operation, packing, loading, and general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift over your head repeatedly.
- Prior experience in a production facility or warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.28/hr.
