We are currently hiring an experienced Urethane Millwork Fabricator with carpentry skills to modify urethane millwork and create custom pieces. The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use measuring tools accurately (including a tape measure)
- Work with hand tools (drills, routers, sanders)
- Operate larger equipment such as table saws
- Modify and fabricate custom urethane millwork pieces
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all custom projects
- Work independently and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
- Carpentry experience is essential
- Ability to use basic hand tools and woodworking machinery
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Prior experience with urethane millwork is a plus
