**Job Title:** Direct Support Professional (DSP) , Managers, House supervisors.
Stark County and surrounding areas
**Pay:** Starting at $14/hour, up to $17/hour based on certifications

**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill Direct Support Professional positions, as well as managerial and team lead roles, to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both Supported Employment and Residential settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate community integration activities that promote social engagement and personal growth.
- Provide personal and job skills training tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required.
- Implement behavioral management strategies to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Foster meaningful learning, recreational, social, and employment experiences for clients.

**Shifts Available:**
- Morning, afternoon, and midnight shifts are available based on individual needs.
- Supported Employment hours will align with the client’s work schedule.
- Residential shifts may vary and could include any day of the week.

**Qualifications:**
- Must pass a criminal background check and driving record check.
- Relevant certifications may enhance earning potential.
