Location: Walton, KY
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-time
Crown Staffing is seeking Assemblers to join our team in Walton, KY! If you have experience in assembly, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret shop blueprints to assemble machined parts and tooling.

Measuring: Proficient in reading and using metric measuring devices (such as tape measures and rulers).

Hand Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, drivers, nippers, etc., to assemble parts.

Assembly: Assemble finished machined parts into tooling based on assembly drawings provided by the design department.

Skills Development: Learn and improve assembly skills, including painting, pneumatic circuitry, and basic welding techniques.

Attention to Detail: Ensure parts are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with piping and electrical wiring.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet assembly deadlines.

Experience with welding or an eagerness to learn basic welding techniques.
