Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team-player with a high degree of personal accountability, professionalism and independence to fulfill a key Manager role for our services division. This role will allow the candidate to leverage VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation's differentiated business model to rapidly grow our services division in the MidContinent.

Responsibilities

The Services Manager will be focused on managing existing and obtaining new customers across the MidCon Region. The applicant will be responsible for bringing in service work, both field service and in house repairs; inside sales for service and Limitorque; and performing in house repairs and field service repairs. The candidate must be able to articulate to both business and technical users how our technology solutions can best meet our customers' needs. The applicant must also be able to draft quotes and proposals and utilize a return-on-investment calculator to secure new business.

Additional responsibilities would include utilizing our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively to track leads, produce quotes, and convert quotes to sales orders. The candidate sought would excel in a fast-paced environment, be able to quickly learn the technical nature of our product portfolio, stay organized, and understand the needs of our rapidly growing customer base. The position is based out of our Tulsa, OK branch.

Job Duties:

  1. Prospect, qualify, develop, and win new customers
  2. Work closely with the senior management team to manage and develop relationships with target customers
  3. Conduct research to identify the highest quality customers to target
  4. Manage full sales-lifecycle from prospecting to initial meetings, and customer proposals and quotes through opportunity close
  5. Maintain open and timely communication with the head of sales regarding sales leads, market dynamics, competitive activity and other relevant issues
  6. Utilize ERP and CRM systems to maintain communication records, create quotes and sales orders
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Learn and incorporate new products, service capabilities, sales tactics, tools, and processes
  9. Shape marketing plan for the newly developed solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven sales success to upstream Oil & Gas customers, with 3+ years of experience
  • Proven success at penetrating new accounts
  • Proficient at using CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined
  • Team player
  • Strong networking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM
  • Experience in wellsite oil and gas automation and measurement
  • Experience with managed services
  • Background of proven technical aptitude

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and comprised of both a base salary as well as commissions generated on sales of Employee.
