ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversee the day-to-day functions of assigned department by providing guidance and direction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Assigning tasks to team members and giving them specific directions and procedures to follow in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Coaching and instructing employees to achieve the right performance of assigned tasks.
• Training, teaching, and coaching workmanship quality on all work that is completed.
• Provides constructive and timely performance information to the Supervisor.
• Identify issues, problems, and solutions in areas of safety, quality, and production
• Work safely and look out for the safety of the team
• Keep a clean and hazard free workspace
• Follow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE
• Identify any defective items and handle them accordingly
• Use reason to solve problems
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years related experience, Heat Exchanger industry preferred
• Certified to operate crane and manlifts or ability to obtain certifications
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to frequent, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balance,
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Able to excel working on a team
