The set up technician plays a crucial role in injection molding operations, focusing on technical troubleshooting and setup of molds. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various machinery, ensuring a clean and safe working environment through preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform setup and technical troubleshooting for injection molding equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair on various machinery.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
- Setup and teardown of molds.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
- Experience as a maintenance technician.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance.
- Experience with plastic molding equipment.
- Skills in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Industrial repair capabilities.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of injection molding experience.
- 6+ months of preventative maintenance work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
