Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates)
12 Month Contract with possible extensions

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and guide the architecture of our IT ecosystem across business lines in a hybrid and evolving system landscape. This role will define and drive transition and target architectures from the application, data, and technology perspective, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and standards.

As a key member of the global architecture committees, you will represent North American priorities within the broader group and contribute to the development of global frameworks. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align the long-term IT roadmap and lead technical teams in the execution of strategic architectural initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • 18+ years of experience delivering and supporting at least three large-scale, full lifecycle IT projects

  • 7+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture

  • 5+ years of experience in:

    • Cloud architecture (preferably Azure)

    • APIs and microservices architecture

    • Mobile, Web, and ERP application design and integration

  • Familiarity with EA modeling, architecture methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)

  • Experience with modern integration platforms and architectural concepts

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply EA methodologies, landscape management practices, and architecture tools (e.g., Avolution Abacus, LucidChart)

  • Create and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for digital ecosystems and associated solution areas

  • Lead alignment and communication of architecture standards, principles, and whitepapers across stakeholders

  • Present architectural strategies to IT leadership and facilitate alignment and consensus

  • Design and execute proof-of-concept projects to validate architecture decisions

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls (IC), SOX, SOD, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify and document architectural gaps, exceptions, and develop actionable roadmaps

  • Oversee application lifecycle management using architectural tools and conduct regular portfolio reviews
