Job DescriptionLHH is looking for an Insurance Defense Paralegal to join one of our clients in the Jacksonville area. This position involves supporting attorneys, managing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring the efficient progression of defense strategies. Responsibilities:

Help attorneys prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions

Help draft subpoenas and pleadings

Assist in case analysis and meet deadlines

Experience with Federal and State E-filing

Summarize medical/billing records and depositions

Manage cases from start to finish
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Insurance Defense litigation experience preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Excellent organization, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Highly motivated

Aderant Billing Software (optional)

MS Office

Adobe
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
