Job DescriptionAlign Life Center is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team. This rewarding position provides the opportunity to work with individuals who are part of the developmentally disabled community. 
 
Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and reference check</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Caring, customer service driven nature</li>
<li>Ability to pass meds is preferred</li>
<li>Special Needs / MI / DD experience a plus!</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals in our facility</li>
<li>Utilize first aid skills when necessary and maintain patient observation</li>
<li>Foster social interactions and engagement with our guests</li>
<li>Demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion in all interactions</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in shared</li>
<li>Utilize caregiving skills to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities</li>
</ul>
 Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 40 hours per week

$18/hr. • Direct Support Professional (DSP) • Adult Day Program
