Adecco is seeking Grinding Machine Operators for immediate openings with our client in Holland, MI. Weekly pay starting at $16.00-$18.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Apply today!
As an Assembler, you will perform grinding tasks to prepare materials for the painting process, check product quality before shot blast operations, operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently as part of the Grind Team, ensure all materials meet company standards and specifications, maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety protocols and company procedures, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and assist with other tasks as assigned to support production goals.
These manufacturing positions require a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of relevant work experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other written documents, basic computer skills and proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, and positive interpersonal skills with an open-minded approach to new ideas and concepts.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
