Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between departments, contractors, and installers to ensure seamless communication.

• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports, offering recommendations for process improvements.

• Address and resolve challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

• Act as a liaison with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Oversee adherence to project specifications and quality standards in all phases of project installations and repairs.

• Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure all members are aligned with project goals.

• Manage data entry and administrative tasks, including note-taking and maintaining accurate project records.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Support billing functions and ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or plumbing industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks, with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to address and resolve customer service issues professionally.
• Familiarity with billing processes and project documentation management.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, builders, and other professionals in the construction industry.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle problem-solving challenges effectively.
