<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionThe Shear Operator is responsible for operating a power shear to cut metal sheets or other materials to specified dimensions and tolerances. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production instructions. Schedule: 6:00AM-2:30PM Responsibilities:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate hydraulic or mechanical shearing machines.</li>
<li>Load and align sheet metal or other materials onto the machine.</li>
<li>Measure and mark materials based on job specifications.</li>
<li>Perform cuts with accuracy, minimizing material waste.</li>
<li>Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and proper cuts.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on the shear machine and related tools.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>MUST be able to read a tape measure.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is a plus but not required!</li>
<li>Basic math skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift, move, and position heavy materials (up to 60lbs on daily basis)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality control.</li>
