With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an IT Services & Support Technical Lead to join our team in Camarillo, Ca! This is an onsite full-time, exempt position.


Responsibilities:

  • Delegates, oversees and is the desktop engineering technology expert for onsite end user support for devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, label printers, and monitors as well as the Windows 10/11 environment and Office 365; installs and maintains printers, desktops, laptops, phones, and other hardware as necessary for new hires, desk transfers, or replacement of faulty/broken IT equipment; ensures that all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications; works directly with 3rd party IT vendors to troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Develops user manuals, and assists with the development of IT policies, procedures, manuals, and user guides utilizing, and aligning with, industry standard technical documentation best practices, as well as internal guidelines and standards. Create documentation and technical artifacts as required in support of the technical environment, as well as for assigned projects.
  • Develops and overseas the configuration, imaging and installation of desktop computer systems, which includes software and hardware. Is the technical expert for all desktop engineering related services.
  • Performs tests and troubleshooting, as well as developing and oversees quality standards; performs maintenance activities on end user devices, operating systems, and images. Creates images as needed to support new endpoint models.
  • Assists with the management of the company’s Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solution, endpoint encryption (BitLocker), Microsoft AutoPilot, the IT Services & Support SharePoint site, and Microsoft InTune.
  • Assists with IT inventory including asset tracking, logging, and deployment of machines. Orders IT supplies and hardware as required including phones, desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, etc.
  • Provides training and guidance of Service Desk staff members; stays up to date with field advancements and ensures that the team receives refresher training – as well as the assisting with the ongoing team training to increase the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the team. Provides training and mentoring to less-senior staff to help ensure alignment on skillset and process adherence.
  • Analyzes existing computer systems and makes recommendations for upgrades and improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent education and work experience required.
  • Minimum of five plus (5+) years of experience with focus on Windows 10/11, Server Administration and Network troubleshooting in a global organization.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Senior or Principal Desktop Engineer required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading, mentoring, or guiding teams' members preferred.
  • One or more Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MCSE: Desktop infrastructure, Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 36f5 Certified: Fundamentals) required.
  • One or more CompTIA Certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, Tech+) required.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of InTune, AutoPilot, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Service Desk Operations, and ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Experience working with Azure Active Directory and Azure Cloud services is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, CIFS Security Permissions, Pulseway RMM and/or Datto and deploying RMM automation a plus.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 based desktop infrastructure on an Enterprise Network infrastructure, preferably global, using InTune and AutoPilot preferred.
  • Experience in GPO Management is a plus
  • Experience installing network hardware and servers in ITE Rooms, network cabling, and wi-fi networks highly desirable.
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues at the endpoint, including wireless network SSIDs
  • Experience with centralized Windows 10/11 desktop imaging using Acronis and/or AutoPilot.
  • Possess one or more industry recognized certifications a plus (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 Pro / Enterprise and Office 365.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.




Salary Range (applicable to California):

$85,000 - $100,000 base salary DOE
