Manchester University is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Football Coach to support our NCAA Division III football program. This full-time role is ideal for individuals early in their coaching careers who are passionate about football and committed to supporting student success both on and off the field.
What You'll Do:

Assist with coaching, practice planning, and game preparation.

Support recruitment and retention of student-athletes.

Help manage team travel, equipment, and scheduling.

Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment.

Uphold all university, conference, and NCAA policies.
What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous playing and/or coaching experience encouraged.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

CPR/AED certification required (available on-site).

Must have a valid driver’s license.
