The role of Director of Continuous Improvement (CI) is pivotal, responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, elevate customer satisfaction, and bolster market presence. This position demands not only adeptness in process management, project design, and execution for optimal performance and growth but also strong leadership skills to champion CI endeavors across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and facilitating all Continuous Improvement initiatives and strategies for the enterprise

- Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement by prioritizing opportunities and driving Lean transformation initiatives

- Utilizing metrics to align projects with strategic operational goals and support process owners

- Spearheading cost-saving initiatives within the organization's operations
