Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with a well-known law firm in Seattle, WA looking for a Legal Assistant!

Responsibilities:
- Attorney support with calendaring and billing
- Verify court and other deadlines while updating attorneys
- Transcribe audio recordings
- Review and revise client pre-bills
- Maintaining CRM and attorney contact list
Experience:
- 5+ years of legal administrative experience
- Experience in labor and employment laws preferred
- State and federal court filing experience
- Experience with Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
- Experience with Virtual Binder and NetDocuments is a plus
- Ability to support attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of court rules and ECF procedures
Role Details:
- Temp to Hire
- Pay: $30 - $50
- 5 days a week onsite in Seattle, WA
- Hybrid available after initial training
- Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 OR 9 - 5:30
- Parking will be reimbursed

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
