Position: IT Project Manager

Salary Range: $70,000 – $120,000/year
Overview
Eastridge is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a leading company in Irvine, CA. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Korean/English) professional with a strong background in software development and IT project management. The position will play a critical role in delivering complex projects across both internal and external teams while driving cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction.
Bilingual in English and Korean is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle of IT development projects (including C# .NET server systems and Android apps).
- Translate customer goals and challenges into executable plans, managing expectations and timelines.
- Report and monitor project costs and revenues.
- Escalate risks and outcomes to management as needed in line with project work plans.
- Lead the structuring and management of performance-tracking databases.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and researchers.
- Foster effective collaboration across internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Deliver polished presentations and status updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
- 4+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira issue tracking
- Prior experience mentoring or supervising teams is preferred
