Join our team as a Production Operator where you will play a vital role in operating automated packaging machines and handling bags of dog food. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, making sanitation adjustments, setting up, changing over, and troubleshooting machines. This role requires consistent lifting of up to 40+ lbs and performing quality checks while complying with GMP guidelines.
Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials

- Perform setups and changeovers on machines
- Troubleshoot machines

Work Environment
The production environment involves the manufacture of dog food and can be smelly. Employees are required to wear uniforms, steel toe shoes, bump caps, and adhere to strict attire guidelines, including no jewelry, fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish. Work conditions within truck containers may vary from very hot to very cold depending on external temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
