We are hiring for multiple positions!
Extrusion Machine Operators are needed for a busy warehouse. Must have Machine Operator experience. This position requires a good working knowledge of the warehouse, ability to think quickly, and a great attitude.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Participate in all daily pre-shift Ergonomic stretches and Kickoff Meetings.

Unload and process plastic coils or reels from extrusion lines.

Assist Technicians and Shift leads in start-up of lines as required.

Determine good product vs. scrap by interpreting basic test results using visual work instructions.

Follow 5S standards for storage and labeling of conforming, non-conforming, and scrap products in all stages of the manufacturing process.

Ensure product quality by conducting inspections using micrometers, calipers, microscopes, and comparators.

Perform additional product tests, including water and burst test equipment.

Record inspection data manually or electronically.

Ensure the next shift has empty hubs to support 5S standards at the end of your shift.

Monitor line supply systems to ensure packaging for continuous production.

Accurately complete standardized production forms as required.

Participate in production changeovers using SMED techniques.

Suggest opportunities for improvement in the production area.

Maintain high cleanliness and order throughout workstations per 5S standards.

Practice all Health and Safety procedures, policies, and practices.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Pay Details: $13.25 per hour
