Job Responsibilities:
The Engineering Systems Specialist provides technical support and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring effective use of design tools, smooth workflows, and consistent productivity. This role serves as the primary contact for resolving tool-related issues, maintaining engineering software, and developing standardized processes, training materials, and documentation. It requires strong collaboration with end users, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to cross-train and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
Requirements:
· Preferably 2 or more years of relevant professional experience
· Experience supporting and administering engineering software, including setup, installation, licensing, and user assistance
· Exposure to 3D CAD tools and PDM/PLM systems
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions
· Foundational programming skills
· Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles
· Skilled in developing and maintaining clear, effective documentation
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
