Job Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting service calls on various gaming equipment, including slot machines, claw machines, and dart boards. This role involves working with machines typically found in bars and gas stations.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls on gaming equipment such as slot machines, claw machines, and dart boards.
• Maintain and repair machines at customer sites.
• Drive company trucks or, if necessary, personal vehicles to service locations.
• Lug equipment as needed and track mileage if using personal vehicles.

Essential Skills

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with tools and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of electrical and technology-related systems.
• Clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in repairing electronics is advantageous.
• Customer service skills are preferred.

Work Environment

Work primarily takes place at customer sites, requiring good customer service skills. The position operates on a shift from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
