Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC systems and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Develop PLC programs to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct field debugging and testing of control systems to ensure reliability.
- Maintain documentation of control systems and changes made during troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and programming.
- Experience with control panel wiring and electrical components.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes.
