Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC systems and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement control systems for manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop PLC programs to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct field debugging and testing of control systems to ensure reliability.
  • Maintain documentation of control systems and changes made during troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems and programming.
  • Experience with control panel wiring and electrical components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and processes.
