Schedule: 10 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday

Expected Starting Wage: Anticipated at $24 - $25.50, depending on experience.


What You Will Be Doing:

The Site Manager implements contract fulfillment for the client, schedules site employees ensuring all shifts are filled, implements continuous training for Leads and Officers, supervise and mentor team members working the site.

  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are correct and complete in scheduling software.
  • Schedules site employees and develop a contingency plan for call offs.
  • Ensure hours worked are approved in the scheduling software by close of business each Monday.
  • Train new Security Officers on company policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
  • Works with the Operations Team to provide vehicles, equipment, and uniforms to fulfill contract obligations.
  • Manage Site Leads and Security Officers by providing directions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor service tickets daily addressing and/or assigning to team members for completion.
  • Addresses escalated issues that arise on a job site and take appropriate action to attain resolution.
  • Provide accountability to Site Leads and Security Officers on processes and procedures.
  • Works closely with HR conducting candidate interviews and implementing performance improvement as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the client providing routine updates and addressing client concerns.
  • Complete Annual Performance Reviews (APR) for all Security Officers working on this site.
  • Influence company culture by modeling desired behavior and empowering employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in Security management, operations, criminal justice, or a related business field.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Proven ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to complex situations.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Operational Management: Proven capacity to effectively manage daily workflows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and budgeting tools.
