Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Oracle Financials and support finance-related initiatives for a global organization. The role involves collaborating with business teams, optimizing financial systems, and contributing to strategic projects, including cloud migrations and procurement transitions.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle R12 Financial Applications, focusing on areas such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, and Order-to-Cash.
• Lead initiatives related to Revenue Management and Subscription Billing, ensuring seamless integration with cash flow and accounting processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for configuring Oracle R12 financial modules.
• Support key projects, including the migration to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and transitioning procurement systems from iProcurement to Coupa.
• Work with global teams to streamline acquisition integrations and onboard entities into Oracle systems.
• Design and configure solutions that enhance efficiency in financial and procurement systems.
• Provide post-implementation support for critical initiatives and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Offer guidance on consolidated billing design and optimize related workflows.• Extensive experience with Oracle R12 Financials, including Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, and Order-to-Cash.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, cash flow management, and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to design and configure billing systems with multiple upstream and downstream integrations.
• Hands-on experience supporting global Oracle landscapes and integrating acquisitions.
• Familiarity with transitioning from Oracle R12 to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or similar cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems such as iProcurement and Coupa.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams and external vendors.
