POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for accurately building pumps by deadlines – provides labels, warranties, and serial numbers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Test pumps and provide documentation of results.
  • Pull literature for pump orientation.
  • Test sensors and log all data.
  • Assembly and testing electrical functions of pumps.
  • Inform Pump Supervisor if production schedules are not being met.
  • Be familiar with building of all equipment within the cell environment.
  • Build and test pumps.
  • Test valves.
  • Handle literature and documentation.
  • Assist other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion.
  • Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools.
  • Confirm pulled parts with Bills of Materials and report failed parts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Inventory control/assembly work experience and computer skills in Windows-based programs.
  • Computer knowledge to include Outlook and SAP.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work independently and with others.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Professional individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
