Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain telecommunications systems, including Avaya CMS and Cisco hardware, to ensure reliable communication channels.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of Cisco Webex Meetings and other collaboration tools to enhance team connectivity.
• Analyze system performance and generate reports using tools like Crystal Reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies related to communication systems.
• Conduct audits of telecommunications systems to identify potential improvements and maintain optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select and integrate components for improved system performance.
• Provide technical support and training for employees to maximize the use of communication tools.
• Monitor and manage Cisco Access Points and AnyConnect systems to ensure secure and efficient network access.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to telecommunications systems and procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and disruptions.• Proven experience with Avaya CMS and Cisco Unified Computing System.
• Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with communication tools.
• Expertise in generating detailed reports using Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance standards within telecommunications.
• Ability to manage Cisco Access Points, AnyConnect systems, and related hardware.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train team members on technical systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing complex communication networks.
