Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinators to support our project teams with a wide variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include production of proposals, reports, and related documents; creating, organizing, and maintaining records and data files; maintaining appointment calendars; coordinating travel arrangements; composing and responding to correspondence and emails; assisting with invoicing generation and accounts receivables; and other administrative duties.
Candidates must reside in Boston, Detroit or Houston areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with project manager in preparing correspondence, complex reports, spreadsheets, proposals, and other documentation.
- Utilize solid calendar management skills related to scheduling meetings, conferences, reserving facilities and equipment (at times for large numbers of participants), while balancing conflicting priorities.
- Track expenses and prepare expense reports with supporting documentation.
- Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
- Oversee fleet vehicle mileage logs and maintenance.
- Coordinate office vendor services when needed.
Education & Experience:
- Associates degree in Environmental Science, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required with familiarity with project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally when needed.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Capable in prioritizing workloads, multitasking, and paying close attention to details.
- Strong command of English grammar and technical writing/editing capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff in remote offices.
- High level of professionalism with integrity and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
