About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting a pilot program of Microsoft 365 Copilot for our executive team. The ideal candidate will be onsite, providing expert guidance and support to end users, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of Copilot and related agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onsite resource for all Microsoft 365 Copilot-related queries and issues.
- Provide hands-on support and training to executives and end users, ensuring they can effectively use Copilot and its features.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand user requirements and tailor Copilot functionalities to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Copilot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Microsoft 365 Copilot and proactively share this knowledge with the team.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement necessary changes.
- Provide detailed reports and updates to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of the Copilot pilot program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with AI-driven tools and automation within Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar role supporting executive-level users.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and its integration with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is highly desirable.
