Shift: 2PM-12:30AM Monday-Thursday with mandatory OT when applicable. TRAINING ON FIRST SHIFT until objectives are met Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM with mandatory OT when applicable.

Compensation: $22-25 DOE

Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for creating a quality product while meeting production goals.

Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

  • Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to verify quality production.
  • Train on various pieces of equipment both CNC and manual.
  • Learn Metalworks Quality Management System.
  • Machine set-up and operation.
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback to help increase productivity.

Qualifications: At least one year of CNC lathe and mill experience required. Machining Degree or Certificate is a plus.
