Essential Functions
Client Relationship & Training
-
Act as the main contact for customer service and support
-
Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests
-
Provide ongoing training for end-users on equipment
Service Delivery & Support (70% Break-Fix Focus)

Clean devices and replace user-serviceable parts/consumables
-
Diagnose basic equipment problems
-
Handle break-fix service calls
-
Provide on-site support for equipment delivery/removal
-
Contact Xerox and third-party service providers as needed
-
Use Xerox web tools for service call handling and reporting
Technical & Network Support
-
Assign IP addresses and configure device settings (e.g., scanning templates, user access)
-
Install printer drivers and perform PC printer mapping
-
Escalate network-related printer issues
-
Apply software updates and patches
-
Provide remote device monitoring and troubleshooting (Xerox Device Management)
-
Support non-Xerox devices if required
Inventory & Supplies Management
-
Manage consumables and supplies using DOS calculator
-
Maintain inventory of operator-replaceable parts
-
Collect and submit equipment meter data for billing
-
Perform data entry for activity/asset tracking
-
Use PM4 to manage on-site parts inventory
Sales & Solutions
-
Promote Xerox Office Solutions where appropriate
Driving
-
Drive to customer sites when necessary
Skills & Requirements
-
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

Basic English reading and writing skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Effective at managing and resolving customer issues, including escalation

Coordinate tasks to meet service level agreements (SOWs)

Report account data as needed
-
1–2 years of experience resolving print/equipment issues
Education
-
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: Hourly $17.91 to $17.91
