We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and supporting building needs. If you are highly organized, a quick learner, and comfortable working independently, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment

Install and maintain electrical circuits (control and power) within Arc Flash safety protocols

Follow company and regulatory safety procedures, including proper LOTO

Support facility maintenance: carpentry, painting, plumbing, and grounds upkeep

Collaborate with external contractors as needed

Perform fabrication work when required

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor

Maintain high equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency

Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated

Quick learner with hands-on experience
Preferred Experience With:

Controls, PLCs, and drives
-
Mechanical systems (brakes, bearings, rotating equipment)

Large gas-fired ovens
-
Thermal oxidizers (a plus)
