We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team on a direct hire basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and supporting building needs. If you are highly organized, a quick learner, and comfortable working independently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment

• Install and maintain electrical circuits (control and power) within Arc Flash safety protocols

• Follow company and regulatory safety procedures, including proper LOTO

• Support facility maintenance: carpentry, painting, plumbing, and grounds upkeep

• Collaborate with external contractors as needed

• Perform fabrication work when required

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor

• Ensure equipment safety and long-term reliability

• Maintain high equipment uptime and manufacturing efficiency

• Respond to issues with a sense of urgency and focus on process improvement

• Support continuous improvement of plant operations

Required Qualifications & Qualities:

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Quick learner with hands-on experience

Preferred Experience With:

• Controls, PLCs, and drives

• Mechanical systems (brakes, bearings, rotating equipment)

• Large gas-fired ovens

• Thermal oxidizers (a plus)
