Our client, a leading manufacturer in the home and body care products industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the bottling team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Range: S55,000 - $57,000

Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Supervise and direct production staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production lines for adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience or 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
