<li>Handle commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.</li>
<li>Timely report to clients the progress of their cases.</li>
<li>Accurately, timely, and ethically record your time for billing.</li>
<li>Work to improve the firm and your work environment.</li>
</ul>
Experience you will need:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation experience.</li>
<li>Probate administration and estate planning experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Responsive to clients via phone and email.</li>
<li>Technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite is a plus.</li>
<li>Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.</li>
</ul>
