<li>Oversees and directs Federal-Work Study student workers assigned to work in the Resource Center. Ensures sufficient coverage for all open hours for the Resource Center</li>
<li>Assists with maintaining any on-site resources such as books, DVDs, journals, and other materials</li>
</ul>
Reference and User Services Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provides excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in assisting all Resource Center users. Helps students access available services and resources; directs students to further assistance as needed</li>
<li>Provides limited reference assistance to students, faculty, and staff. Makes referrals to the librarians, as needed</li>
<li>Assists with inter-campus loan receipt and return of library resources</li>
<li>Assists with receipt and return of interlibrary loan materials from other libraries</li>
<li>Provides assistance with check in and check out of Resource Center materials and equipment</li>
<li>Assists and provides problem solving with copier, printer, and computer use by Resource Center users</li>
</ul>
Technical Services Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work directly with the Director and Associate Director of Instructional Design and Technology on projects that support the team</li>
<li>Assist students with navigating Canvas courses</li>
<li>Provide training and support for the Canvas Learning Management System, Panopto Lecture Capture System, and other instructional technologies that support teaching and learning in on-ground, hybrid, and distance learning courses</li>
<li>Assist with IDT Help Desk on level 1 tickets</li>
</ul>
Other Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>All other related duties as assigned by supervisor</li>
<li>Assists with maintenance and updates of Resource Center computers</li>
<li>Assists with annual inventory of Resource Center books, equipment, and other materials</li>
<li>Attends all department and institutional meetings, in-service training sessions, and other meetings as requested by the supervisor</li>

Requirements:
Education

<li>Minimum Associates Degree </li>
<li>Bachelors Degree Preferred</li>
