<li>Professional Development: Stay current with early childhood education practices by participating in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing learning opportunities.</li>
<li>Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Pre-K for All program requirements, health and safety standards, and school policies.</li>

Requirements:

<li>NYS ECE Certification</li>
<li>B.A. or M.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Have a constructivist approach to education.</li>
<li>Be creative, thoughtful, self-reflective, a problem solver, &amp; a lifelong learner.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with partner teachers and across disciplines in the creation of meaningful, engaging, and authentic learning experiences for students.</li>
