Position Overview:
The Licensed Aesthetician will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments, including&nbsp;but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, micro-penning, and laser hair removal. &nbsp;
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives</li>
<li>Perform treatments including&nbsp;but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning</li>
<li>Laser hair removal&nbsp;</li>
<li>Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions</li>
<li>Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations</li>
<li>Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatments</li>
<li>Ensure client safety at all times</li>
<li>Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company</li>
<li>Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products</li>
<li>Follow established treatment protocols </li>
<li>Generate and maintain a client base</li>
<li>Attend trainings/meetings</li>
<li>Assist with other duties as assigned</li>
<li>Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training</li>
</ul>

What You’ll Bring:
<ul>
<li>Active NY Aesthetician license required</li>
<li>Laser certification&nbsp;</li>
<li>2+ years of esthetician experience preferred </li>
<li>Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired </li>
<li>Laser experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients</li>
<li>Existing clientele is a plus</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;&nbsp;Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision</li>
<li>Proficient with email </li>
<li>Social Media experience is a plus</li>
<li>Availability to work evenings and weekends required&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
