HEART Services has the program capacity to serve 14 residents who present with a mental health diagnosis and an acute medical condition. Residents served demonstrate moderate to severe functional impairments that make it difficult to adjust socially and personally. HEART Services partners with residents in their own apartments that are customized to their own liking, to learn the skills necessary to achieve success in an independent environment. HEART Services implements recovery oriented services that are focused on self-determination and incorporate empowerment, opportunity and choice.

Your Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).</li>
<li>Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.</li>
<li>Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.</li>
<li>Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.</li>
<li>Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.</li>
</ul>
What Were Looking For: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. </li>
