Working Conditions and Environment 
This position will primarily work from Big River Farms in Marine on St. Croix, MN, with occasional meetings at The Food Group in New Hope, MN, occasional traveling to other farm sites/visits. Both locations are accessible and smoke free. This position works primarily during normal business hours but includes regular evening and weekend hours to accommodate farmer availability/event schedules. Winter classes may be subjected to being scheduled on Saturday and/or Sunday, at least 2x/month, these classes will be held in person with room for flexibility for online classes. These winter classes will be held at a community center.

 WORK ENVIRONMENT This position works in a variety of settings including offices, classrooms and outdoors and may experience heat or cold extremes as well as fumes, odors, dust, noise level is moderate to loud. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Spends the majority of the day standing and sitting in an office setting. While standing the controller will frequently hold light objects they are working and demonstrating, etc. These can be held from waist level to slightly above the principal’s head. The position can entail kneeling or squatting, stooping and bending from 50-70 degrees at the waist on an occasional to frequent basis on a given day • May use computers, overhead projectors, or monitors etc. • Must sit on a consistent basis. As our Corporate Counsel, SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance, you will report directly to the General Counsel and play a key role in ensuring compliance with all SEC reporting requirements and corporate governance matters. You will lead our ’33 Act and ’34 Act reporting obligations (NASDAQ: FLNT) and oversee all aspects of Board and corporate governance. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Finance and Legal &amp; Compliance teams on strategic transactions and a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
What You'll Do

Salary Range: $200,000 to $220,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
