The Enrollment Representative loves to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. They can put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when needed. Customer feedback is crucial, and the Enrollment Representative&nbsp;can gather that for our company. Problem-solving also comes naturally to Enrollment Representative, and they are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. Responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative:

<li>Receives and Processes customer purchase orders in person</li>
<li>Enters orders received through direct sales interactions with customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing</li>
<li>Enters electronic, paper, and manual orders online</li>
<li>Verifies and confirms customer orders and delivery expectations.</li>
<li>Quotes prices according to uniform pricing strategy and current market pricing.</li>
<li>Tracks order exceptions and maintains as needed.</li>
<li>Sales with Preferred Customers</li>
<li>Direct Customer Service with new and current customers</li>
</ul>
Requirements of the Enrollment Representative: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
<li>Customer service, customer solutions, and/or sales experience.</li>
<li>Leadership role without formal authority</li>
<li>Effective decision making</li>
<li>Displays effective interpersonal &amp; communication skills (internal/external)</li>
<li>Delivers timely and accurate information to customers &amp; internal business partners both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Achieves mutual understanding by summarizing &amp; reviewing agreements</li>
<li>Actively listens.</li>
<li>Demonstrates an understanding of our client’s products and services</li>
<li>Recognizes and responds to new/additional opportunities at existing customers</li>
