We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, processing, and preparing customer parts for surface polishing and shipment. You will operate various tools and equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, and power tools, while ensuring all work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.

$1,000 @ 90 days
 
Available Shifts:
Swing: M-F 4:00pm - 12:00am
Weekend: Fri - Sun 6:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Receive and inspect incoming customer parts for damage; report discrepancies to management.</li>
<li>Perform surface polishing and ensure parts meet customer specifications.</li>
<li>Load and unload media into machines; prep bowls/MVs for next load.</li>
<li>Wash and clean parts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Use forklifts and hand/power tools safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Double-check all work before processing to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and document any discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing parts for shipping and support management with additional tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols and review the company’s quality policy weekly.</li>
<li>Perform routine production maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.</li>

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Primary Accountability
 
The Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with Patients who are part of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program and assists them with exploring, creating, and meeting their Recovery goals. The PRC will provide non-clinical services to aid individuals in establishing and maintaining recovery from addiction. The recovery coach promotes a recovery-based approach to member care, emphasizing respect, self-direction, and empowerment by providing peer support, personal assistance, education on community resources, and other supportive services for individuals with a substance abuse disorder (SUD).
 
Description of Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
Provide consultation to SUD team to promote recovery culture, as defined by Substance Abuse &amp; Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) (Recovery is defined as a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life and strive to reach their fullest potential).

<li>Draws upon own personal recovery experience with addiction challenges as a basis for engagement as a peer with members served and validate members’ own lived experiences.</li>
<li>Provide education and expertise from the perspective of a person with lived experience of Substance Use Disorders (SUD) to the team concerning various addiction recovery experiences.</li>
<li>Responsible for providing consistent communication to SUD team to evaluate patient status, ensuring that provided information, and reports clearly describe progress.</li>
</ul>
 
Assist with substance use disorder treatment and provide supportive services.
<ul>
<li>Facilitate groups as needed.</li>
<li>Consistently utilizes recovery language and a strength-based approach to assist members served to reach their fullest potential.</li>
<li>Help develop and practice skills which are needed to achieve goals outlined in the treatment plan for maintaining personal wellness.</li>
<li>Models and teaches effective coping techniques and self-advocacy strategies.</li>
<li>Participates in verbal de-escalation interventions in emergent situations and is willing and able to assist other staff as needed to maintain a safe, healing environment for all.</li>
<li>Act as a patient advocate and liaison between patient and community service agencies (i.e. schools, Department Human Services, hospitals, support groups, etc.)</li>
<li>Complete screening for Alcohol and SUD disorders.</li>
<li>Works closely with Medical Assistants, Mental Health and SUD staff, and Medical Providers by communicating results of screening and facilitating appropriate follow-up/next steps.</li>

Onboard Systems International has immediate full-time openings for a Mechanical Assembly Technician and a Maintenance Repair &amp; Overhaul (MRO) technician. In these job, you will support the production team by primarily working in mechanical assembly or as a part of our maintenance, repair and overhaul department. You will be assembling, tearing down, and rebuilding mechanical aerospace components per drawing and documentation requirements. This is a physical role requiring gross and fine motor skill aptitude. You will use hand tools to assemble and measure our products including cargo hooks and their components. You will be required to follow written plans and blueprints.
 
Qualified applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen. s an MRO tech, approximately 6 months after being hired, you may be subject to FAA drug testing regulations if you join our repair roster, which includes random drug screen for federally banned substances including marijuana.
 
This position is for day shift, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
 
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
