Alumni Program Management

<li>Coordinate and attend one H&amp;I (Hospitals &amp; Institutions) commitment weekly outside of clinical hours.</li>

Relationship Building
<ul>
<li>Establish rapport with clients during treatment to ease transition into the alumni program.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent communication post-discharge through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person check-ins.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between alumni and the treatment center to address concerns and maintain connection.</li>

Reputation &amp; Feedback Management

<li>Encourage alumni and families to leave positive feedback on the center’s Google Business profile.</li>
<li>Obtain a minimum of five reviews per week to promote the effectiveness and impact of our services.</li>

Aftercare Support &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Use the alumni dashboard in Salesforce to track engagement, aftercare follow-up, and program compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain contact with alumni for at least one year post-discharge in accordance with Joint Commission aftercare requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the clinical team to connect alumni to appropriate resources and support.</li>

Here's what you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Must have a high school diploma or GED,</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs</li>
<li>Must be registered and have full clearance from the state childcare licensing agency</li>
<li>Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations (see below)</li>
</ul>
Proof of experience through ONE of the following options is required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA in a related field) or Associate's Degree (AS/AA in a related field)</li>
<li>A 1-year state or nationally recognized credential (related to school-age care)</li>
<li>Completion of 20 credits (semester system) or 30 credits (quarter system) of training at a college/university AND at least 1 year of qualifying teaching experience in a Certified Child Care Center (or comparable group care program)</li>
<li>2 or more years of qualifying teaching experience (with at least one year as a teacher) in a Certified Child Care Center (or comparable group care program)</li>

Job Description
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Psychologist. Join our team today and help us continue our mission to positively impact the lives of children and communities across the nation!

Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Providing counseling services to students and their parents.</li>
<li>Participate in a multi-tiered system of support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including participation in inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of students.</li>
<li>Participating in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and coach families and staff, during weekly team meetings and follow-up meetings, to support social and emotional development.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Adhere to federal/state/local procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and procedural safeguards.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Psychology.</li>
<li>Has obtained or is eligible for an endorsement as a School Psychologist as prescribed in the bylaws of the State Department of Education.</li>
<li>Experience or specialized training in the field of pediatric mental health is preferred. </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and maintain ethical and accountability standards.</li>
<li>Demonstrates interpersonal skills, and communicates effectively and courteously both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>Has the ability to coordinate activities and work effectively with professional staff, support staff, parents, and representatives from agencies outside the school system.</li>
